Monitor and troubleshoot Identity Governance and Intelligence solution and components.
Produce basic support file export.
Validate risk model works as designed.
Maintain a firmware backup copy using VA partitions and manage the snapshot.
Apply fixpacks.
Migrate/upgrade configuration through higher environments (Dev -> Test -> Prod).
