Given access to appropriate customer personnel, identify the customer’s critical applications and develop a phased monitoring solution so that rapid ROI can be achieved.
Given an understanding of customer’s requirements and architecture, create situational scenarios for a customer solution so that a feasible application performance management solution is articulated.
